Our Story
Built From Real Work Experience
Skill Forge is being built from hands-on industrial, mechanical, maintenance, and trade experience. The goal is simple: create a practical bridge for people who want better work, useful skills, and a clearer path into the skilled trades.
The first program, Skill Forge HVAC Ready, is a lean pilot focused on helping beginners prepare for entry-level HVAC helper, apprentice, or maintenance-tech opportunities. Students complete SkillCat-powered online coursework with simulation-supported learning while Skill Forge adds weekly check-ins, accountability, resume support, interview preparation, and employer-readiness coaching.
Skill Forge is not trying to replace apprenticeships, employers, or formal licensing pathways. It is designed to help students become more prepared, more confident, and more serious before they step in front of an employer.
